Activate Google Pay in MyChoice2Pay is very simple, just activate it on the Payment screen and you're good to go.
From the Payment Screens section, select the one in which you want to activate it
Click on the Edit button
In the 3rd step make sure to mark the check Activate Google Pay and save
From this moment, the Google Pay option will be available for your customers on this Payment Screen.
MyChoice2Pay will handle the 3DS & SCA automatically.
Google Pay allows you to obtain the user's card in two ways:
- tokenized card that includes 3DS information, which is normally accepted by the issuer without the need for a second verification. This option will only be active on some issuers.
- PAN, which is sent to the issuer and similar steps are performed as if the user had written the card.
All merchants must adhere to the Google Pay APIs Acceptable Use Policy and accept the terms defined in the Google Pay API Terms of Service.
